Pale, straw yellow in colour with definite greenish reflexes. The elegantly reserved nose displays ripe white flesh fruit. The complex palate offers flavours of pears and peach complemented by Turkish delight and citrus notes. The impression of roundness and intensity of the fruit flavours are enhanced by the residual sugar. An easy to like wine.
Furmint harvested in mid-September. Pressed after destemming the must fermented in tanks and the wine was aged in a ceramic egg. After fining and filtration the wine was bottled in March 2018.
