A refined off dry Hárslevelű with notes of yellow tropical fruits complemented by honeyed, floral, candied citrus and spices. Complex, structured, mineral and elegant the wine features a discreet amount of residual sugar and round acidity.

Vineyard: Tökösmály, Tállya

One third of the must was fermented in oak and two thirds in stainless steel. The two components were blended in a 675 liter egg shaped porcelain vessel at the end of October. It was bottled in February 2016.
