Straw yellow in colour with a nose displaying sweet orchard fruit. The palate shows apples, pear and peach complemented by herbs and tangerine. The ripe fruit endows a spicy, warm character to the wine. Round acidity, soft palate, all in tune with the wine’s structure.
Picked and processed together with 10% of botrytised berries, the wine fermented and was aged in steel tanks.
